Ingredients:
1 kg of squids 3 leeks 400 g of potatoes 1 onion 3 garlic cloves 2 shallots oil 1 glass of dry white wine 1 bay leaf salt, pepper
Making:
Cut the squids in big slices. Clean the leeks and cut them in slices. Peel the potatoes and also cut them in slices. Slice thinly the onion, the shallots and the garlic. Brown them on low heat in a stewpot with 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil. When they are gilded, add the leeks. Ooze the leeks on very low heat. After 10 mn, add the potatoes. Cook for 5 mn, and then, add the fragments of squids with the glass of white wine. Salt and pepper, and add the bay leaf. Cook for approximately 15 minutes. Serve hot.
