Ingredients:
2 large Haddock filets (1 smoked, 1 not) 1/2 l of milk salt, peppercorns, ginger and bay leaf 100 g grated cheese (Emmenthal) 100 g shrimps or prawns 400 g potatoes butter, breadcrumbs
Making:
Poach 2 large haddock filets (1 smoked, 1 not) in milk with salt, peppercorns, ginger & bay leaf. Reserve the milk. Prepare some mashed potatoes. Flake the haddock and discard the skin and bones. Make a white sauce using some of the fish-milk, add some grated cheese. Stir in some shelled shrimps or prawns and the fish. Cover with mashed potatoes and lots of butter. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cook in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes until its bubbling and brown.
