Ingredients:
1 roll of shortcrust 400 g of onions 1/4 liter of milk 3 eggs 150 g of grated Swiss cheese 3 tablespoons of flour 75 g of butter parsley salt, pepper grated nutmeg
Making:
Spread the dough in a pie plate. Cut the onions into small strips. Chop finely some stalks of parsley. Cook the onion slowly into a frying pan with the butter. When the onions become translucent, remove the frying pan of the fire and add the flour and the milk to the preparation. Mix it while avoiding the sauce to go lumpy. Then, add the eggs. Salt, pepper and add the nutmeg. Add the Swiss cheese grated and the chopped parsley. Put down the preparation in a pie plate and cook the whole in a warm oven for approximately 30 minutes (th. 6).
