Ingredients:
1 bag of precooked lentils 1 small piece of ginger 20 cl of single cream salt 2 slices of cereal sandwich bread
Making:
Warm the lentils into a pan with 1 glass of water and the piece of ginger cut into small strips, salt. Blend the lentils with their cooking water and the ginger, add the single cream, mix again until obtaining a very fluid velouté. Toast the slices of sandwich bread, and cut them in croutons. Serve the cold or warm soup with some croutons on top.
