Ingredients:
100 g of flour salt 1 tablespoon of oil 1 egg 15 cl of lager (or milk or water)
( For 25 cl of dough)
Making:
In a salad bowl, put the flour. Add 1 pinch of salt, the oil, the egg yolk and incorporate them gradually by pouring little by little the lager. Beat until obtaining a smooth and creamy dough. Let rest, then add the egg white whipped until stiff.
