Ingredients:
200 g of marrow flowers 4 courgettes 1 eggplants 2 onions 1 branch of sage 25 cl of batter cooking oil
Making:
Dip the vegetables (courgettes and eggplants into fine slices, the onions in ring, whole flowers of gourd) into the batter then into the boiling frying. Deep-fry the leaves of sage lastly. Drain on absorbent paper.
Note: Accompany with a sauce made by mixing 1 cooked potato with 2 cloves of garlic, 2 slices of bread dipped into some milk, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
