Ingredients:
18 big and raw prawns (gambas) 2 tablespoons of vodka 1 teaspoon of ginger (optional) 2 eggs 2 cups of flour bicarbonate of soda cooking oil
Making:
Peel the prawns. Wash and dry them, spray them (optional) of vodka perfumed with ginger. Mix the eggs, 2 cups of ice-cold water, the flour and the bicarbonate until the dough is smooth. Dip in the prawns, then plunge them into the boiling frying for 2 mn. Drain on some absorbent paper.
Note: Accompany with a sauce realized with 1/2 carrot and 1/2 turnip grated, 2 tablespoons of nuoc-nâm and 2 tablespoons of soya sauce.
