Ingredients:
1 bulb of a fennel olive oil 1 clove of garlic 20 cl of liquid double cream salt, pepper
Making:
Wash the fennel. Cut it into small pieces (remove the small green filaments). Brown slowly (for 15 minutes) in the pan with the chopped garlic and with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Then, blend with the double cream. Salt and pepper. Serve hot over some fish cooked in tinfoil (some sea perch for instance).
