Ingredients:
4 small red or green peppers 1 can of tuna (130 g) in brine 2 tomatoes 6 salad leaves 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon of vinegar, flavoured with shallot salt, pepper
Making:
Cut a lid by 3/4 high of each peppers, and put aside to use them as a cover. Deseed the peppers and remove the white strands. Cut the tomatoes into dices. Prepare the seasoning with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Drain the tuna and crush it with a fork. Mix the seasoning, the tomatoes, the chiselled salad and the tuna. Display the preparation into each pepper. Close each pepper with its lid. Keep in the refrigerator until serving.
