Ingredients:
50 g of ewe tomme cheese 30 g of half-shelled walnut 1 bunch of parsley 1 bunch of chives 1 bunch of dill 2 sprigs of mint 3 eggs 15 g of butter 150 g of flour (and 1 tablespoon for the mould) 1 sachet of baking powder 3 tablespoons of milk 4 tablespoons of olive oil salt, pepper
Making:
Preheat the oven at thermostat 6 (180°C). Butter, then flour a baking mould of 22 cm long. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Whisk with the electric whisk. Add the milk and the olive oil while still whisking. Add the flour and the baking powder. Rince and dry the herbs. Chisel them. Grate the cheese. With a cylindrical grater, grate thinly the walnuts above the salad bowl. Add the grated cheese and the chiselled herbs. Mix with a spatula while lifting the dough. Pour the preparation into the mould. Bake for 10 minutes. Then, lower the thermostat at 5 (150°C) and cook again for 35 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, and turn it out. Serve preferably still warm.
