Ingredients:
600 g to 800 g of potatoes 4 tomatoes 2 medium onions 1 bunch of chopped majoram salt, pepper 3 dl of vegetable stock 2 dl of dry white wine 100 g of grated emmenthal cheese butter
Making:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into dices. Boil some water, plunge the tomatoes for 30 secondes. Then, remove the skin and cut it into quarters. Preheat the oven at 200°C. Slice thinly the onions. Butter a baking dish. Display all the onions then the potatoes, salt and pepper. Then, add the majoram. Cover with tomatoes, salt and pepper again. Pour over with vegetable stock and white wine. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C. After 30 minutes, sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
