Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1 onion cut into small dices
25 g of butter
1 leek cut into slices
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 courgette cut into dices
50g of half-shelled walnut, chopped
Salt, pepper
3 eggs
125 g of single cream
100 g of grated Gouda cheese


Making:
Display the pastry into a pie plate of 28 cm large with an edge.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter and brown the garlic and onion. Add the leek and the pepper, and simmer a little. Then, add the courgette and the walnuts. Salt and pepper.
Display the vegetables on the pastry when they have cooled down.
Prepare the cream : whip the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper. Pour the whole on the vegetables. Sprinkle the whole with the grated Gouda cheese and cook for around 40 minutes (check the cooking regularly) in a preheated oven at 180°C.
