Ingredients:
500 g of deseed prune 1 roll of shortcrust dough 1/2 lemon 3 tablespoons of honey 50 g of butter 1 sprig of rosemary
Making:
Preheat the oven at 180°C (th. 6). Melt the honey, half of the lemon juice and 25g of butter in a pan over a low heat. Butter a deep sandwich tin (or a pie plate) of around 18cm diameter. Display in the middle the sprig of rosemay, and then add (in an harmoneous way) the prunes in order to recover the tin without holes. Pour over the honey preparation in order to cover all the prunes. Unwind the pastry on top and stick the edges well against the prunes. Bake for 30 minutes, until the dough is golden. Eat when tepid.
