Ingredients:
1,5 kg of potatoes 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic 2 soja steaks (100g each) 2 egg yolks milk 1 small tablespoon of sugar vegetable oil 200 g of grated emmenthal cheese salt, pepper
Making:
Peel the potatoes and cook them for around 30 mn into a large high-sided pan full of water. Check the cooking with a knife. Meanwhile, slice the onion and the garlic. Brown the onion into a large frying pan with 4 tablespoons of oil. When translucent, add the garlic and simmer for a few minutes. Mince the soja steaks. Cook into the frying pan with the onion and garlic for around 15 minutes. Stir regularly. Salt and pepper. Mix the potatoes. Add some milk, the eggs, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well in order to obtain a smooth purée. Into a baking dish, display half of the purée, then the preparation of soja and finish with the second half of purée. Sprinkle the top with the cheese. Bake for around 20 minutes at 180°C and put it under the grill pan of the oven for around 3 minutes before serving.
