Ingredients:
2 l of water 300 g of pasta (macaronis style) salt, pepper oil 800 g of tomatoes 300 g of Edam cheese basil parsley flour 2 eggs milk nutmeg
Making:
Into a large pan, bring the water to the boil. Salt, add one teaspoon of oil and cook the pastas in there. Drain. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Grate the cheese. Butter a gratin dish and display one layer of pastas (salted and pepper) sprinkled with parsley and basil, one layer of tomatoes and finish with the grated cheese. Proceed likewise until finishing with one layer of tomatoes and cheese. Then, prepare a cream with 3 dl of milk, 1 tablespoon of flour and some salt. Add the eggs and stir well. Pour on the preparation. Bake in the preheated oven for around 15 minutes. Serve very hot.
