Ingredients:
1/2 red pepper 1/2 yellow pepper some small courgettes (yellow, green, round) 1 small cucumber 1 bunch of precooked semolina, middle grain 1 lemon juice 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 bunch of mint 1 bunch of parsley 1 bunch of coriander salt, pepper
Making:
Precook the semolina into the right quantity of water as indicated on the package. Shell it with a fork. Leave aside. Wash and mince the vegetables into small pieces. Mince thinly the herbs. Mix the vegetables and the herbs with the semolina. Pepper. Add the oil and the lemon juice. Put in the fridge until dinner time.
