Ingredients:
1 onion 1 clove of garlic vegetable oil 400 g of flat beans 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 1 carrot soya in can (100 g) 75 g of rice vermicellis salt, pepper
Making:
To begin with, cook the beans in the vapor. Make soften the vermicellis into some boiling water for a few minutes (see package). Meanwhile, brown the onion (sliced thinly) in the wok with some oil. After a few minutes, add the minced garlic. Then, add the green pepper cut into strips and the red pepper cut into dices. Stir well. Add the carrot cut in the "julienne" style, soya then the beans. Salt, pepper ; and cook the whole for around 15 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked. Finally, add the drained vermicellis. Stir well and serve hot.
