Ingredients:
3 large potatoes 2 carrots 50 g of flour milk 2 eggs parsley vegetable oil salt, pepper
Making:
To begin with, peel the potatoes and the carrots. Grate them with a cheese grater. Add the flour, the eggs and some milk to the preparation until obtaining a smooth and not liquid pastry. Salt, pepper and add some parsley. Then, heat some oil in a frying pan and display in there one tablespoon of the preparation to form a small pancake. Cook over a low heat for around 3 minutes on each side (until golden). Serve very hot.
