Ingredients:
125 g of cooking chocolate 4 eggs 125 g of sugar 85 g of sieved flour 75 g of corn flour 10 g of baking powder 25 g of double cream 2 pears some pistachio nuts
Making:
Preheat the oven th. 6 (180°C). Melt the chocolate (cut into pieces) into a double-boiler. Out of the heat, add the eggs one by one, the sugar, the sieved flour, corn flour and the baking powder. Then, add the double cream and beat with the electric whip. Peel the pears, deseed them and slice them quite thick. Dispose them harmoniously in the bottom of a buttered deep sandwich tin. Pour the preparation on top. Bake for 40 minutes. Turn out 5 minutes later and sprinkle with some crushed pistachio nuts.
