Ingredients:
280 g of salmon 1 red pepper 1 roll of puff pastry 5 tablespoons of double cream 200 ml of milk 3 eggs Salt, pepper, parsley
Making:
To begin with, poach the fish into some boiling water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the pepper into dices. When the fish is ready, drain and crumble the flesh. Spread on the puff pastry on the bottom of a pie plate, prick it with a fork. Put the fish on the bottom of the plate, add the pepper above. Prepare the cream : mix together with a whisk the cream, eggs and milk. Salt, pepper and add a little parsley. Then, pour the preparation on the pepper and fish, and bake at 180°C for around 50 minutes (check the cooking regularly). Bon Appétit !
