Ingredients:
1 giraumont (pumpkin kind) flour (2 large tablespoons) 35 g of butter 2 glasses of milk salt, pepper, nutmeg grated emmenthal cheese
Making:
To begin with, remove the skin of the giraumont and cut it into large cubes. Cook for around 40 minutes with some water into a large pan. Then, drain and crush it like a purée. Put aside. Prepare a white sauce with the butter, milk and flour. Add some nutmeg inside. Mix together the white sauce and the giraumont purée. Add a little cheese. Pour it into a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake into a hot oven (th. 180°C) for around 20 minutes and then for 2 minutes under the grill pan. Serve hot.
