Ingredients:
400 g of salted cod 4 chives 1 shallot 1 piece of pepper 4 sprigs of parsley vegetal oil 30 cl crème fraîche 2 eggs 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 lime juice 200 g of shortcrust butter + flour for the pie plate dried bread-crumbs grated cheese salt, pepper
Making:
Desalt the cod into some cold water for 1 night (change the water several times). Then, drain it correctly. Remove the skin and bones, then flake the flesh. Chop thinly the chives, shallot, pepper and parsley. Brown it into some oil, then add the cod. Cook for 2 minutes while stirring. If it gets to dry, add some oil. Remove from the heat and add the mixture of cream/eggs to the preparation. Then add the crushed garlic and the lime juice. Put the pastry in a pie plate previously buttered and floured. Prick it with a fork. Garnish with the preparation. Sprinkle with some bread-crumbs and cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C (th. 6-7). When it is cooked, put it out of the oven (overwise it gets dry).
