Pistachio-parmesan cheese butter

Ingredients:
125 g of soft butter
1/2 shallot
2 tablespoons of pistachio nut powder
2 tablespoons of almond powder
1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 large tablespoon of breadcrumbs

Making:
Chop thinly the shallot and mix it with all the other ingredients, as well as the butter.
Spread one sheet of springfilm. Display the butter on it, roll it into the film and shape it like a roller with your hands.
Make it gets hard in the fridge. Then, you will cut it into slices accordings to your needs. It can be preserved like an ordinary butter.
You can use it onto some fish cut in the oven.
