Ingredients:
3 medium melons
1 lime
2 tablespoons of Muscat
2 tablespoons of cane sugar syrup


Making:
Cut the melons in two. Remove the seeds and the skin, cut the flesh into large pieces. Mix it into a thin purée with the lime juice, Muscat and cane syrup. Pour into a carafe.
Cut the last melon in two. Remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small balls with a small spoon with a sharp edge. Add them in the carafe. Put in the fridge.
Before the service, stir the soup and pour it into some glasses with ice cubes. Serve very cool.
