Ingredients:
1 kg of Mediterranean prawns 8 stems of citronella Sweet and sour marinade
Making:
Shell the prawns paying attention to let intact the ends. Mix them to the marinade and put aside in the fridge. Remove the bottom and the external part of the citronella stems to make them smaller. Use them as a skewer for the prawns. Cook under the grill or “a la plancha” 1 minute on each side.
