Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry 2 onions 300 g of artichoke hearts into can 4 eggs 40 cl of crème fraîche 50 g of grated emmenthal cheese 30 g of butter 10 cl of milk parsley salt, pepper
Making:
Preheat the oven at 200°C (th. 6-7). Mince the artichokes. Put aside. Wash the onions and slice it thinly. Sweat them for 10 minutes over a low heat into a saucepan with the butter, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs with the cream, cheese and some parsley sprigs. Salt and pepper. Line a pie dish with the pastry and prick it with a fork. Display the minced artichokes and the onions. Pour above the egg preparation. Bake for 40 minutes and serve hot or lukewarm with a green salad.
