Ingredients:
6 fritter leaves 300 g of small round cheese (made of goat's milk) 2 pears 20 g of butter 2 tablespoons of olive oil cumin seeds salt, pepper
Making:
Peel and cut the pears into dices. Melt into some butter. Then, add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, salt and pepper. Let it cool down. Crush the cheese with a fork with some olive oil, add the pears and mix. Cut the fritter leaves in two. Spread some of the preparation in the middle. Fold the edges onto the garnish, roll the whole. Display the fritters in the oven and bake (th. 8/240°C) for 4 minutes.
