Ingredients:
700 g of courgettees washed (ends removed) 2 tablespoons of peanut oil 3 tablespoons of garlic, roughly crushed 50 g of onions, cut into slices 2 tablespoons of Madras curry powder 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry 6 tablespoons of water 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
Making:
Cut the courgettes into dices of 2,5 cm. Over a high heat, heat the wok. Add the oil ; when hot add the garlic and onion, fry for 30 secondes. Add the courgettes and fry for 2 minutes. Add the curry powder, rice wine (or sherry) and 3 tablespoons of water. Cover the wok and continue the cooking for 3 to 5 minutes or until the courgettes are soft but firm. Check the cooking regularly, and add the rest of water if necessary. Finally add the sesame oil. Display the vegetables in a dish and serve immediately.
