Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of oil 25 g of split almonds 2 tablespoons of sweet sherry 2 tablespoons of soja sauce 2 tablespoons of honey 1 clove of garlic crushed 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil 1 kg of spinach, dressed 6 sprigs of minced chives
Making:
Heat the oil into the wok. Brown the almonds in there. Put aside. Cook together the sherry, soja sauce, honey, garlic and oil until boiling. Add the spinach and chives. Fry until the spinach wither. Serve it garnished with almonds.
