Ingredients:
2,5 kg of potatoes 40 cl of light crème fraîche 20 g of butter 500 g of fresh salmon 300 g of smoked salmon salt, pepper
Making:
Peel the potatoes and cut thin into very thin slices. Put them into a dish, salt and pepper. Mix well. Butter a gratin dish. Display successively one layer of potatoes, one layer of smoked salmon, one layer of potatoes, one layer of fresh salmon, and finish with one layer of potatoes. Into a sauce pan, lukewarm the cream so that it gets liquid and pour it on the gratin in an homogeneous way. Bake (th. 5) for 75 minutes over a low heat. A few minutes before the end of the cooking, rise the heat to brown the gratin.
