Ingredients:
2 l of water 300 g of pastas (in the shape of spirals) 2 teaspoons of salt 1 teaspoon of oil 800 g of tomatoes 300 g of Edam cheese pepper, salt, basil, parsley 1 teaspoon of flour 2 eggs 3 dl of milk salt, nutmeg
Making:
Bring the water to the boil in a big pan, salt, add 1 teaspoon of oil and cook the pastas. Then, drain. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices, grate the cheese. Butter a flatdish. Then, fill it with alternated layers of the following : pastas, sprinkled with parsley, basil, pepper and one pinch of salt ; then the slices of tomatos and the grated cheese. End with a slice of tomato and cheese. Do prepare a smooth dough with the milk, the flour and the salt ; then do add the eggs and mix. Pour it carefully on the pastas and tomatoes. Brown in a preheated oven until the cheese browns. Serve immediately.
