Ingredients:
500 g of potatoes (Charlotte type) 1 celery turnip 2 branches of celery 40 cl of single cream oil for frying salt, pepper
Making:
Peel the potatoes and celery turnip, cut the potatoes into slices and the celery into egal pieces (same size, same thickness). Mix and display into an oven dish. Salt, pepper and add the single cream. Bake for 1 hour at 200°C (th. 6/7). Make it a little cake with a punch before serving. Remove the celery leaves, wash and wipe it. Put it 1 minute into the hot frying oil. Serve the cakes with the fried celery leaves.
