Ingredients:
2 avocados 4 sprigs of cherry tomatoes 1 can of crab 1 handful of alfalfa germinated shoots 1 package of silky tofu soya sauce sesame oil 1 small bunch of peeled and grilled almonds balsamic vinegar juice and zest of an orange salt, pepper
Making:
Wash and wipe the tomatoes, cut into 4 parts. Cut the avocado flesh into cubes. Display the avocado into 4 individual bowls, display on top the tomatoes, flake crab and some alfalfa shoots. Crush roughly the pistachio nuts, stir with 1 tablespoon of soya sauce and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil. Put aside. Whisk 1 tablespoon of silky tofu with the juice and zest of the orange, and 3 drops of balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper. Serve the salads with the 2 dressings.
