Courgettes cheese-topped dish

Ingredients:
4 to 5 courgettes (800 g)
4 large cloves of garlic
600 g of soft-white cheese, 0% fat
3 eggs
2 egg whites
1 pinch of nutmeg powder
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt, pepper


Making:
Wash and wipe the courgettes, cut it into slices. Brown it into a saucepan, with some olive oil, until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, whisk the solf-white cheese, eggs, white eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and crushed garlic into a salad bowl.
Display the courgettes into an oven dish. Pour over it the egg preparation.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and brown, grill position, for 15 minutes.
