Ingredients:
2 avocados 30 g of rice 1 can of crab 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of mustard Some drops of Tabasco 20 cl of vegetable oil 1 tablespoon of ketchup 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of chiselled herbs Salt, pepper
Making:
Cook the rice into 2,5 times its volume of salted boiling water, until complete taking of the liquid. Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard. Salt, pepper and pour the lemon juice. Add the ketchup and Tabasco. Into a salad bow, stir the crab and avocado flesh, mayonnaise, rice (cooled). Mix well. Garnish each half-avocado with that preparation, sprinkle with chiselled herbs and keep cool until serving.
