Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of peanut oil 1 large onion cut into thin slices 2 large cloves of garlic, crushed 1,2 kg of Chanterelles 2 teaspoons of salt 100 g of butter into pieces
Making:
Into a wok, heat the oil and brown the onion, garlic and mushrooms (cut the largest into 4 parts) until tender. Add the salt and butter, and stir until the butter has melted. Serve onto toasts. You can decorate with small basil leaves.
