Ingredients:
250 g of scallops (without coral), frozen 1 roll of puff pastry 1 onion 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 20 g of butter 3 cloves of garlic 45 cl of crème fraîche 3 eggs Salt, pepper, coriander (frozen)
Making:
Brown the onion and garlic into one tablespoon of oil and 20 g of butter for around 10 minutes over a low heat, until the onion turns golden. Add the scallops, defrosted, and brown them over a low heat for around 15 minutes with the garlic and onion. Meanwhile, mix together the crème fraîche and the eggs. Salt, pepper and add some coriander. Roll out the puff pastry on a pie plate of 26 cm diameter. Stick it with a fork. Sprinkle the scallop preparation over it and pour the preparation over it. Bake in a hot oven (180°C) for around 35 minutes. Serve hot with a green salad.
