Bananas flambé with honey

8 minutes of baking

Ingredients:
4 bananas
1 lemon
4 tablespoons of honey
40 g of butter
10 cl of rum


Making:
Peel the bananas, cut it in two lengthwise, sprinkle some lemon juice on it. Melt the butter into a saucepan.
Add the banana halves and the lemon juice. Top with honey and cook for 6 minutes by rolling it into the butter+honey preparation to caramelize it.
Out of the heat, pour the rum into the saucepan and blaze it with a match.
