Ingredients:
350 g of rice, with long beads 1 large onion 200 g of prawns, shelled 1 teaspoon of curry powder 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil 70 cl of vegetable stock 30 g of butter 4 tablespoons of double cream 1/2 bunch of coriander salt, pepper
Making:
Brown the chopped onion with the oil and curry powder. Add the prawns, then the rice and stock (previously heaten). Lower the heat, and cook slowly until no more humidity. Then, add the butter and cream, and serve with minced coriander. Salt and pepper.
