Ingredients:
100 g of whole wheat flour 100 g of oat flakes 1 teaspoon of baking powder 50 g of brown sugar 100 g of soft salted butter 2 tablespoons of milk
Making:
Preheat the oven at 180°C. Put the oat flakes into the bowl of a blender and activate for 5 seconds in order to grind the flakes into bread-crumbs. Mix all the dry ingredients into a salad bowl. Add butter with the fingers until obtaining a sand pastry. Add the milk and mix until obtaining a pastry ball. Let it rest for 15 minutes into the fridge. Spread the pastry on 3 mm thick. Cut circles of 6 cm diameter and display onto a baking tray. Bake for around 15 minutes until golden. Let it cool down before eating.
