Ingredients:
6 large shrimps 1 piece of dry seaweed 3 tablespoons of flour Oil, for frying
For the pastry : 125 g of flour 25 cl of icy water
Making:
Shell the shrimps. Make 4 incisings onto the stomach, in order to put them flat-bottomed. Spread the flour on a plate. Put the shrimps in there. Mix together the flour, water and egg yolk for the pastry. Heat the oil. Put the shrimps into the pastry and cook into the oil. Once crunchy, drain the shrimps onto absorbent paper. Serve hot.
