Ingredients:
200 g of desalted cod 150 g of flour 1 egg 3 cloves of garlic 1 piece of pepper 5 stems of chives 1 bunch of parsley 2 limes 20 g of baking powder 3 tablespoons of milk Oil for frying
Making:
Mix to a certain circonstancy the baking powder into the milk. Chop the parsley, garlic, pepper and chives. Flake the cod. Into a salad bowl, mix the chopped herbs, flour, cod, egg, lemon juice and baking powder. Add 10 to 15 cl of water : pastry must be neither thick nor fluid. Let it rest for 1 hour. Remove some teaspoons of pastry. Fry into hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Display onto absorbent paper. Sprinkle with some lemon juice before serving.
