Ingredients:
2 rolls of puff pastry 800 g of potatoes, of average size 1 can of 25 cl of full fat soft cheese (flavour garlic and fines herbs) 1 egg yolk pepper
Making:
Preheat the oven at 240 °C. Peel the potatoes. Cut them into slices of 1/2 cm thick. Put the first roll of puff pastry in a 25 cm round mould, with high edges. Put on the dough half of the slices of potatoes. Pepper slightly. Distribute above half of the can of cheese. Place the other half of the potatoes, then the rest of the cheese. With the second roll of dough, form a lid of 25 cms diameter. Turn down the internal edge of the dough around this lid, pinch with the fingers all around. Beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the dough with the egg preparation. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm accompanied with some corn salad.
