Ingredients:
220 g of cooking chocolate 175 g of powder sugar 60 g of melted butter 60 g of flour 50 g of half-shelled walnut 50 g of half-shelled pecan nut 4 eggs
Making:
Preheat the oven at 180°C (th. 6). Mince the walnuts and put it into the oven for 4-5 minutes onto the baking tray. Meanwhile, whisk the sugar with the eggs until white. Melt the chocolate (microwave or double boiler) and add it to the melted butter. Then, pour that preparation onto the sugar-eggs mixture. Add the flour and mix well. End with the walnuts. Pour the whole into a buttered square dish or individual muffins dishes. Bake for around 25 minutes at 180°C.
