Ingredients:
1 beautiful cauliflower 100 g of grated cheese 1/2 liter of béchamel sauce into which you add 50 g of grated cheese
Making:
Cook your cauliflower in the water with one pinch of salt for 20 minutes. Break the cabbage into small bunches and put them down into a flatdish. Cover with the béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Brown in the oven for about twenty minutes.
