Ingredients:
350 g of bread dough 200 g of shelled prawns 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 200 g of tomatoe purée (in can) 100 g of cultivated mushrooms, cut into thin slices 2 cloves of garlic 6 green olives, stoned 4 tablespoons of olive oil 1 sprig of thyme salt, pepper
Making:
Slice thinly the red pepper and the green pepper in slices. Brown them slowly in two tablespoons of olive oil with the crushed cloves of garlic. Spread the dough in one or two discs and brush them widely with the tomatoes puree. Distribute above the peppers, the thinly sliced mushrooms, olives cut in two as well as shrimps. Salt and pepper. Strew of thym leaves, spray with oil. Bake in the oven beforehand warmed for 20 minutes. Serve very warm.
