Ingredients:
1 mini Boursin per serving 250 g of buckwheat flour 2 teaspoons of wheat flour 1 egg 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil
Making:
Prepare the dough by mixing the flours, the egg yolk and a little water which you pour little by little. Add the sunflower oil. Apart, whip the egg whites until stiff with some salt and pepper which you mix with the creamy dough. In the frying pan, over a low heat, put a knob of salted butter and spread the dough there. Cook both sides. Decorate with a mini Boursin.
You can also garnish it ham, egg and mushrooms.
