Spinach and goat cheese tart

Ingredients:
765 g of spinach in can
2 eggs
1 small goat cheese
1 roll of puff pastry
50 cl of milk
20 cl of single cream
salt, pepper, nutmeg

Making:
Spread the pastry over a tart mould. Bake for 5 minutes in the oven (Gas 3 - 160°C).
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the cream and the milk. Salt, pepper and add a little of nutmeg.
Spread the spinach over the pastry. Cut the cheese into 5 or 6 rolls that you will display over the spinach.
Then, pour the egg preparation over. Bake (Gas 4 - 180°C) for around 30 minutes.
Serve with a green salad.
